The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and well-maintained with newer furnishings, feel cozy and comfortable.

I was frequently disturbed by train noise throughout the night.

Very nice overall experience. Unique hotel, good choice for a business trip in Mount Vernon! The staff were amicable and helped us with free parking. A lot of goodies for breakfast.

The setting was particularly good, near to a fine restaurant as well as a good area;)))

A proper cleanliness check is needed after previous guests!!! Train noise disrupts sleep every few hours!!! An air freshener in the room would go a long way to mask the lingering unpleasant smells!!!

The room had a cozy feel, and I loved that everything, including the shower, was very clean. The hotel lacked amenities like a pool or breakfast, which I missed. It's also located in a somewhat rundown area, but I felt safe enough. I enjoyed the cleanliness, the comfortable bed, and the friendly service at the front desk. It suited my needs well, but some upgrades could make the hotel shine even more.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service!

Vinny's excellent service made all the difference when we checked in. The room was clean with ample soaps. An unexpected gem was the good Mexican restaurant just across the street. Remember to ask for extra pillows for added comfort!

The queen room we stayed in at this budget hotel was beautifully maintained and cheap. the location of the venue is good, in an acceptable business district. It's really close to food stores, gas stations, the airport, and a fine restaurant.
